urTOPick Events offers full planning and event styling services, only taking a limited number of events per year to ensure we can fully focus on each of our clients.
Shaun is personally involved in the entire process and always on site for each event. This is a labor of love for our family. Her aim is to get to know her clients true personal style, story behind the event and what experience they want for their guests.
The home base is the Greater New Orleans area. However, we will travel just about anywhere to produce an event.

Your event is not just any event, it's thee event. So, this is not just any cost, it's an investment.

Full Event Curation & Design
No two events are the same and packages do not necessarily work for most people. So all of our planning packages are personalized to meet your specific needs. Our fees are determined by the level of services requested, event length, number of days, scale of event, etc. We always recommend potential and existing clients plan to spend 10-18% of their budget on planning and event styling services.

A la carte' Party
No two events will fit in the same parameters of the previous event. And no two clients share the same vision of what it means to say, less is more. A menu of offered services will be provided to client upon consultation and cost will be determined based on cost of services selected.

Day of Event Styling
We are here to make sure the event looks and feels as intended on the day of the Event. Please contact Shaun to learn how the day of event styling can best suit you.

Event Hostest
Sometimes we have too much to take care of and we need someone to be the Hostest with the Mostest for an event. We offer to take the pressure off of you and MC your event. *need at minimum two weeks notice of event to determine availability*

Purchased with the Full Planning & Design package; we charge $50 per hour..

Purchased independently for an outside event ( I.e. not a urTOPick Event), we charge $75 per hour.
